• Why is there no 5G signal icon on my screen?

    If there is no 5G indicator:

    a)     Contact your SIM card operator to check whether 5G service is available. 

    b)     If this issue only occurs in a certain place, move to a location with a strong signal and try again.

    Note: You can check network and signal status at “Settings”-> “My device” -> “Status” -> “SIM Status”.

     

    Note: This Q&A question is only applicable to devices that support 5G signal connection.
