You can use the following steps to reset your device in the boot status.
1) Go to “Menu”.
2) Go to “Settings”.
3) Touch “System”.
4) Touch “Erase all data (factor reset)” to start.
5) Touch “Erase all data”.
6) Touch “Erase all data”.
Factory reset while your device is in in Shutdown state.
a) Power off the device, place the magnetic stylus. Press and hold the “Power” key, move up and down the magnetic stylus. After a line of small text appears next to the LETOU - 乐投 logo, stop moving the pen up and down and simultaneously release the power key.
b) Press “Fingerprint” key to select “Wipe data/factory reset” and press “Power” key to confirm;
c) Select “Factory data reset” and press “Power” key to confirm;
d) When the factory reset is complete, select “Reboot system now” and press “Power” key to confirm.
