How can I perform a factory reset on my phone?
Warning: this action will format consumer data, and the memory and settings of your product will return as released from factory.
Please make sure the battery percentage is higher than 30%.
Go to “Settings” -> select “Restore factory settings”(this function may under “Phone settings” ) and then press “OK” -> Input password “1234” or “0000” and then press “OK” -> Press “OK -> Wait for factory reset -> Done.
