What should I do if the roller brush does not turn?

If the roller brush does not turn, it might be caused due to foreign objects.

We recommend the following:

? Turn off the power button of the robot (set the bottom ship type switch to OFF).

? Take out the roller brush and remove the hair and foreign objects on the roller brush.
